If you book Room Only: $150 per person deposit to book just the room.
If you book Room with insurance: It’s just $150 per person deposit + the cost of insurance.
If you book Room and flights without insurance: $150 per person deposit + total airfare cost.
If you book Room and flights with insurance: $150 per person deposit + the cost of insurance.
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE is available at an additional cost of $99-129 per person and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Insurance must be added on at time of deposit.
Details for Optional Travel Insurance:
Reimburses travelers for the cost of their vacation package for any reason up to 2 hours prior to the booked airline time on day of departure once purchased by a traveler. Travelers will receive a full refund ($4000 per person cap) for the cost of their vacation les the price of the policy to their original booking form of payment.
It also includes trip interruption up to 100% of the trip cost, Trip delay up to $200 ($100/day), medical insurance up to $5K, lost luggage up to $800, baggage delay up to $100.

If you have frequent flyer miles or airline credit vouchers Beach Bum Lisa is NOT able to book your flight. You must do so on your own. Please email Beach Bum Lisa your flight schedule to ensure roundtrip airport transportation is arranged accordingly.
Cancelation Policy:
Pertaining to the room portion of your trip - Once the reservation is made there is a $150 cancelation penalty per person up to 4 days prior to departure.
From 3 days to 24 hours prior a 2 night fee plus $50 per person fee is applicable. Within 24 hours the reservation is nonrefundable.
Regarding Airline tickets – if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% nonrefundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees (see insurance info above).
All the above would be protected with the optional Cancel for any Reason Travel Insurance. The main contact that initiated the reservation process via communications with Beach Bum Vacation must also inform Beach Bum Vacation in writing if you decide to cancel.
If you do not have insurance – natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancellations for ANY reason
(medical/personal emergencies, cancelation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve you from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will ensure you coverage.
